Does the Device and App work with all Smart phones?

I bought the device and it has stopped working?
When you receive your device, you must first subscribe on our website for your monthly subscription which provides you with Unlimited location data which will work worldwide in over 150 countries. If you have not subscribed, your sim card will be deactivated and the device will not work. Please contact us at support@watchovers.com for further assistance.
How do I set the time for summer time/winter time?
To set the correct time and date on the device. Tap Manage, Tap Device time, check the time and date shown is correct and Tap Done. If the time is incorrect, tap on the time, change it to the correct time and Tap Done.
How do I know if my device is using GPS?
On the Location Map Screen, the information pop up shows a satellite symbol when the device is using GPS. When the device is on LBS it will display an Ariel and will show WiFi when using Wifi.
I have forgotten the password for my account, what do I do?
For security reasons we do not have access to your passwords. We cannot retrieve your password so it will need to be reset. To reset your password, on the login screen, Tap Reset Password and your new password will be emailed to you.
